We do not sell or share your personal data with any company outside FSubsea AS.

Protection of data

Your personal data is stored in our computer systems (office 365, Nimble, ERP and SharePoint applications). Some of your data are handled by external parties. FSubsea have a data processing agreement with these suppliers and these agreements are compliant with Norwegian law “Lov om behandling av personopplysninger”.

You have the following rights to your personal data:

• • The right to request a copy of the personal data FSubsea has stored
  • The right to request that your personal data is changed if inaccurate or out of date
  • The right to request that your personal data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for FSubsea to retain such data.

Non-conformance

If we experience that confidential personal data has been compromised, we are obliged to notify Datatilsynet within 72 hours. All deviations from this procedure shall in addition be reported in our own NCR database SIMPLI Better.
